• 6 disclosures must be written on GPL exactly as the RULE describes in a clear and conspicuous manner
• must use Identical wording that the FTC says you must use. Can’t edit or paraphrase
• may include additional info to reference state laws; but can’t modify or add anything that changes the FTC language
