When there is 2 verbs one stay in second position (matching subject) the other goes to the end of the clause (in infinitive)
E.g. modal verbs, perfekt, future
E.g. ich soll meine Hausaufgabe machen

When there is a subordinating conjunction the verb goes to the end of the clause
When the conjunction is at the beginning of a sentence it goes: verb,verb
E.g. wenn ich in die stadt gehe, kaufe ich Kleidung.
E.g. ich gehe in die Stadt, weil ich die Stimmung liebe.
