Flexion, Extension, Abduction, Adduction, Circumduction, Dosioflexion, Plantar Flexion and Rotation.
Explain Flexion and where it can happen
Decrease of the angle at a joint. Can be done at the knee, hip, shoulder and elbow.
Explain Extension and where it can happen
Increase of the angle at a joint. Can be done at the knee, hip, shoulder and elbow
Explain Abduction and where it can happen
Movement of a limb away from the midline of the body. It can be done at the shoulder and the hip
