Hepatotoxicity in pt w/ chronic alcohol consumption
may potentiate blood thinners - warfarin and apixaban action

Angioedema - deep tissue swelling, face, lips, eye, hands and feet
Dizziness
Urticaria
Laryngeal edema
Nausea/vomit
Hepatic toxicity in large doses

Adult - 325-650mg PO q 4-6hrs - max 4000mg/day
Peds - 10-15mg/kg - max 5 doses/day or 2.6g)
