A

which requires inpatient
hospitalization for a period in excess of 24 hours for other than medical observation or
in which an employee suffers a loss of any member of the body or suffers any serious
degree of permanent disfigurement, but does not include an accident on a public street
or highway.
District personnel will not be able to initially determine if the injury or illness requires
hospitalization for over 24 hours so all industrial accidents are to be reported.

Off duty operations personnel are ordered to report for duty. Auxiliary personnel, including clerical and support personnel, may be ordered to report for duty.

2) Follow instructions provided in the emergency recall notification.

b) Report to designated staging area, as directed.

3) Arrive to reporting location with personal protective equipment.
4) Check in with Station Captain, Battalion Chief, or Staging Area Manager, as appropriate, for work assignment and accountability purposes.
C. Personnel should be prepared to be placed on an alternative schedule to facilitate long-term staffing due to an expanded incident or event.
