ので / から are used when describing
a reason. I previously wrote: you can also use Te form. It is interchangeable with ので / から. But this is wrong.

This just links actions: ‘My friend comes and I clean the room.’
友だちが来て、へやの掃除をします。

Question 3

Because I’m tired, I’ll rest a little.’

Answer 3

疲れた から、少し休みます。

(can use ので too)

You can also use the ます-form with ので and から

疲れますので、少し休みます

Question 4

‘I’m tired and (so) I’ll rest a little.’

疲れて、少し休みます。

→ Connects the states, can imply reason but more like “this happened, then that happened.”

Can also use non-mas:
