A

Warrant Holders. WHs are SQEP assessed as subject matter experts who have been formally recognised by the NMSwAA in specific technology fields. WHs can provide specific, elemental advice on a matter that may be used to directly support an Executive Authority to make a decision in regard to that matter, or may be contributory to the advice compiled and framed by an entity with Engineering
