Tell me about the Continuous Synopsis Record?
A certificate requires by SOLAS / ISPS which is a record of the vessels history in order to enhance maritime security and prevent the anonymity of vessels Required by all pax ships & cargo ships >500GT on Int voyages It records all names, owners, flag states, classification societies and charterers It comes in 3 forms: form 1: CSR form 2: Amendments to the CSR form 3: Index of amendments to the CSR Revised amendments are issued by flag within 3 months

What is the International Energy Efficiency Certificate
A certificate proving compliance with MARPOL Annex VI certifying their EEDI, design efficiency and carbon reduction. It is required by ships >400GT and issued after the initial survey once the EEDI is established and SEEMP approved. It does not have an expiry date.
