  • u20 — OVER 150: positive test advice (10 mins) If accept breath - summons under s57(1)
  • 20+ — OVER 400: positive test advice (10 mins) if accept breath - summons under 56(1)
  • 20+ — OVER 400: positive test advice (10 mins)

A

“I know require you to undergo a blood test”

Can do if

  • evidential breath test is unavailable
  • driver refuses or fails to undergo the EBT
  • “incomplete” test results is obtained
  • positive result returned and driver elects to have blood sample taken
