Confirmed absence of intrauterine pregnancy on ultrasound

Pain

Visible heartbeat
HCG levels > 5000 IU / l
salpingectomy- no fertility concern w/ oopherectomy ( the removal of one or both falopion tubes with the removal of one or both ovaries)
