complications of multipreg

A

Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome (TTTS):
( one baby increased flow other is starved where ( donor twin who is small) pumps blood to recipient twin

Donor twin: growth restriction, oligohydramnios, anemia.

Recipient twin: polyhydramnios, polycythemia, heart failure.
