• Target Lesions ( central, dusky areas of epidermal necrosis, surronded by a lighter oedematous area)
• Back of hands/feet after spreading to torso
• Pruritis
• Mucosal Features: Lesions develop as blisters, which then break to reveal shallow erosions.

• Itch = antihistamines or oral steroids
• ## Pain = oral washes with anaesthetic

• Drugs: Penicilli, sulphonamides, carbamazepine, allopurinol, NSAIDs, Oral contraceptives

• Malignancy
• Connective tissue disease ( SLE)
