1. Lesions appear more commonly on sun exposed areas.
2. Lesions darken when exposed to the sun

Relapses and Remits

• Treatment rarely gets rid of it completely
• Medical: Topical steroids, Triamcinolone,
• Surgical - cryotherapy, excision but risk of scarring.
