- change in bowel habit
- iron deficiency anaemia
- unexplained wt loss and abdominal pain age 40+
- rectal bleeding age 50+
- anaemia without iron deficiency age 60+

Referr for 2ww colonoscopy if FIT 10 or more

Direct colonoscopy
- rectal mass
- unexplained anal mass
- unexplained anal ulceration

Screening for colorectal cancer

Answer 2

FIT
men and women age 60 - 74 every 2 years

Flexible sigmoidoscopy one off at 55 (up to age 60)
