Elevator pitch

A

I grew up in the SF Bay Area and recently graduated from the University of Michigan. I’m currently a Product Development Analyst at Royal Caribbean Group, where I work in a fast-paced environment. My role is to take open-ended business questions and turn them into real customer-facing experiences onboard our ships. My current job has grounded me in this customer-centric mindset, and that’s something I’m excited to lean into even more.

What I’m looking for next is a customer-facing role where I can use my product expertise to make an impact. I find purpose in helping small and medium-sized businesses grow and I want to use Google’s cutting-edge technology to help them get there. That’s what makes the Customer Growth Associate role at Google so exciting to me.

Q

Why Google?

A

1) I think what really stands out to me about Google is how directly it connects businesses to real people.

–> In my current role, I spend a lot of time thinking about how to create experiences that actually resonate with guests — what makes someone choose something, engage with it, come back to it. And I realized a lot of that same thinking applies to how businesses show up online. You’re helping businesses show up at the exact moment someone is looking for them — and that can genuinely change how a business grows.

2) I also really like that Google is so passionate about making life better. I want to work for a company that’s committed to building tools that genuinely make people’s lives easier and more efficient.

Q

Why CGA role?

A

2 things:

1) Involves teamwork and working directly with people - and there’s so much depth to it. It’s not just about selling or ads, it’s about understanding a business and helping owners make smarter decisions.

2) I like roles where I can ask questions, be curious, and get into the weeds with the business to drive results. It’s so much more personal. Having worked with a small business before, I know how meaningful that kind of support can be.
