A

-anti anxiety medication which help you to sleep during the flight but risks blood clots and short term affect on memory and co-ordination, could also increase anxiety long term

-relying on meds= negative reinforcement ,avoiding symptoms and anxiety

A

-NHS reliant on migrants for certain roles so potential gaps in certain sectors if they cannot travel
-prevents the spreading the phobia through slt

what are some points AGAINST the use of SD

A

-more people flying could create negative global impacts
-expensive and time consuming to provide
-phobia is individual to the person so scared of diff things eg turbulence, height etc
-more complex phobia as includes cognitive factors like catastrophic thinking so CBT may be better
