How does the Anterior Apprehension Test work?

A

Laying on there back, put there arm at a 90 degree angle up.
Place one hand on the individual’s wrist. The other hand is placed on the anterior aspect of the glenohumeral joint. No pressure is applied on the shoulder at this
time.
5. Instruct the ‘injured person’ that you will be slowly lowering the back of the hand towards the ground and to let you know if they feel any sensation of pain or instability/looseness. Perform this motion
