Travel to Turkey, then to Greek Islands that are only 6 miles from Turkey coast. Greece is part of the Eu, so they can then move into other countries easier.

What is the EU-Turkey deal, what does this mean for Syrian Refugees.
In March 2016, EU closed borders to refugees, stopping movement of migrants to Germany. For every migrant returned, another Syrian will be resettled. Genuine Syrian Refugees treated like asylum seekers, possibility of being returned to Turkey.
