  • Quality control - implementing the quality mgmt approach, assessing quality issues and obtaining product acceptance
  • Quality assurance - ensuring techniques are sufficient to confirm quality requirements are met.

What PRINCE2 principle is central to the quality practice?

A

Focus on products - PRINCE2 uses ‘requirements’ to describe expectations, needs etc of stakeholders for products, outcomes and benefits of a project.
Requirements need to be prioritised as no project can satisfy all requirements.
