-From what i understand the executive search process refers to the searching or headhunting of senior level higher end candidates and placing them into senior roles, for example leadership positions, CEO,s directors etc.
-These searches are tailored to each client and candidate to provie the best service possible
-It brings value to both the client and the client as the clients gains
new leaders who can drive growth in their respective industry. And then on the candidate side they’re provided with career growth, higher wage and a role that truely fit their goals and charactersitics.

-This refets to searching and headhuntong of more mid-senior level roles like managers and department leaders and placing them into suitable fits within client companies.

-Techincal search refers to searching and headhuting of more techincal and niche roles, such as enginerers or specific market regulation experts.

I have been studying Economics for the past 3 years at the University of Sheffield, a time I thoroughly enjoyed.
Overall, I’d say I’m a hardworking, confident, and competitive person who is value-driven, consistently setting myself goals—whether it’s personal, related to my future career, or academic.
But other than that, I’d say I’m a good people person, empathetic, whilst also being able to keep a level head and make rational decisions.
Explain what you understand about the role?
-Id essentilly be managing me own mini recuriment firm within the business, also known as a desk, handling and overseeing the entire end to end recuriment process.
-Id be building a client base from stractch and building long term relationships with both clients and candidates.
-Overall the goal of the role is to make successful placements of high-level or senior roles into roles which fit both ends

-First of all the oportunity to learn a new industry and thirve within it whilst also provide meaninful work.

During university, I realised months into my dissertation that I had made a major mistake in my research approach. However I stayed calm, reassessed the situation, did further research, and reached out for support and guidance. By acting quickly and effectiel, I was able to resolve the issue and complete the project successfully. Overall it tought me the value of being adaptable and also reaching out for support wheneber neede.
-However on a personal level id say just injuries which stopped me from doing my hobbies,w whic is obviouslt frustrating but i kept a level head and did everything i could possibly do to get back as quiclly as possible.
how do you personally handle stress and setbacks
-Yeh so when ive a set back or stress i try to attack it at the root and find out exactly what caused the set back or the stress. From here id assess the situation and determine why the setback occured and how i can prvent or mitage it from happening in the future.
Overall i see setbacks as a learning opporotunty to grow.
-On a personal level i find running gym and things just like playing footy with my matey clears the head and puts me in a better position straight after.
explain a time where you have worked towards a goal
-Id say overall my degree proves as a good trackrecord for working towards a goal particularly my dissertation. OVerall i think i demonstrated a wide range of skills whether it be time management or working towards short term problems.
-On a more personal level id sa y trainign consistenly for multupkee running races shows my committment for goals i set.
Where do you see yourself in the future 5-10 years
-I can definitely see myself progressing into a more senior role or leadership position.
-Built a strong network and solid relationships and had a track record of consistent results.
-And overall i think its my goal over this period to develop into a more rounded, skileld and expereinced person both in terms of my career and personal life.
How would you go about starting a relationship
-Important to know who you’re talking to and researching the company or candidate is important.
-Follow with some form of contant, typing to establish trust early on whilst also providing some sort of value.
-Because if they find some sort of value from a previous call/email maybe nect time will be the same.
-Also Regular follow ups and just establishing some form of connection is important.
Explain what you undeerstand about the entire end to end recuriment process
-So in terms of the details of the end to end recuriment process from what i understand it starts with
-Inital market research and locating firms which need to hire.
-From here I would attempt to win over vacanies with clients using an effective pitch.
-After winning the vacany i will be headhunting talent and candiadtes woh would fit the role well.
-Once candidates have been found, i would manage the intreview process potentially prepping candidates whilst keeping both sides well informed.
-Also be potneitally inovled in the negations of salary/contract terms.
-Once a placement has been made id provide some form of aftercare, offering support where i can and obviously mainating the relationships that have been made
