A
Magnesium 4g/10mins then 1-2g/hr
IV labetalol 20mg PRN
IV hydralazine 10-20mg if over 80mg IV labetalol given
Delivery before 37 weeks

Propofol 2mg/kg
Alfentanil 25 mcg/kg
Labetalol 0.25mg/kg
Suxamethonium 1.5mg/kg
Continue Mg infusion and increase rate for laryngoscopy
Sevo/Nitrous maintenance
TIVA after delivery
