A

The control system uses a combination of push rods, cables, and bell cranks for control of the surfaces.

23
Q

What kind of elevator does the SR20 have?

24
Q

What kind of Rudder does the SR20 have?

25
What kind of Ailerons does the SR20 have?
Conventional
26
How is the elevator trim system powered/operated?
Elevator (pitch) trim operates on 28 VDC supplied through the 2 amp pitch trim circuit breaker on ESS BUS 2.
27
What kind of Flaps does the SR20 have?
Electrically controlled single slotted flaps.
28
How is the Aileron trim powered/operated?
Aileron trim operates on 28 VDC supplied through the 2 amp Roll Trim circuit breaker on ESS BUS 2.
29
What are the three positions Flaps can be deflected to (include degrees with percentages).
0% = 0 degrees 50% = 16 degrees 100% = 32 degrees
30
How do the flaps move?
by operating the Flap control switch this positions the Flaps through a motorized linear actuator mechanically connected to both flaps by a torque tube.
31
What are the specs for the main wheel tires?
Each main gear wheel has a 15 X 6.00 X 6 tubeless tire.
32
What are the specs for the Nose Gear Tires?
Each nose wheel has a 5.00 X 5 tubeless tire.
33
How many degrees can the nose wheel move?
Through 170 degrees. 85 degrees for each side.
34
Brake System
Hydraulically operated, single disc type brakes, individually activated by floor mounted toe pedals at both pilot stations. Note: a parking brake mechanism hold induced hydraulic pressure on the disc brakes for parking.
35
What is SLICKSTART?
The ignition and starter system includes SlickSTART, which changes the ignition timing and adds energy to the spark to aid in starting. Note: 28 VDC for Starter operation is supplied through the 2 amp STARTER circuit breaker on NON-ESSENTIAL BUS.
36
What kind of oil system does the SR20 have?
Wet sump.
37

45
How is CAPS initiated?
Blue, Red, Red Activate Autopilot, pull the lever, cut the mixture.
46
Does the Airworthiness Cert need to be displayed?
Yes
47
Does the Registration need to be displayed?
No, but it needs to be in the aircraft for all operations.
48
What is the PSI for the Nose and Main tires?
Nose: 30-35 Mains: 60-65
49
What is the minimum amount of oil allowed?
The engine must not be operated with less than six quarts of oil in the sump. Seven is recommended for extended operations.
