- if pax are asked to leave the aircraft, it will be through the main cabin door

- hand bag and boarding pass to the CSO to place in the cargo hold
- return boarding pass to passenger and inform them of where to collect their bag
- international : if cargo door is closed, it must not be opened due to security risk and will be put on the next available flight
