Light moderate and severe turbulence when can you serve?

Answer 1

Light turbulence- yes cc may serve with caution

Moderate - no, cc must secure cabin and remain seated

Severe - no, cc must sit down immediately and wedge service cart if necessary

What would you do if a pilot was incapacitated?

Answer 2

• pull pilot back using shoulder harness
• lock harness in by using inertia reel
• remove feet from rudder pedals
• administer oxygen

What are the main points of an infant briefing?

Answer 3

• seatbelt remaining on throughout the flight
• uniform cradling position
• location of brace position on safety card
• how to put on the infant lifejacket and inflate inside of aircraft
• location of change table
• call bell

• nearest exit
• how you can assist them without causing any pain or injury
• no smoking
