What professional development areas are you most interested in pursuing if hired?

Answer 1

I’m very interested in further developing in the areas of academic coaching frameworks and assessment of learning support programs. I’d like to deepen my understanding of data-informed advising — how to track and measure the impact of tutoring and success programs. I also value leadership training that strengthens my ability to guide student staff and foster an inclusive, growth-oriented learning environment.
