By ‘implications’ it means how does what we learn from the findings of psychological research affect, benefit, influence or devalue our economic prosperity?

A

Psychological research into the causes and treatments of mental disorders means that people have their condition diagnosed quickly allowing them access to therapies or psychotherapeutic drugs, such as SSRIs.

People with mental disorders can manage their condition effectively, return to work and contribute to the economy.
