Risk assesment
Formal- hazards are identified, recorded and dealt with by using appropriate control measures, e.g, always keeping fire exerts clear, bolts fitted correctly, safe routes around gym
Dynamic- ongoing process of being alert and vigilant about risks as they might occur throughout the session, e.g checking if there’s any gaps between mats, checking spring board square to vault
