— aim for best in everything you do, take pride in what u do, know what’s expected of you and exceed it
Responsibility
— accept responsibility for your actions, recognise how your actions affect others, be organised and prepared, accept criticism, do what needs to be done, appologise
Personal integrity
— adhere to the rules of club, BG policy and society, be reliable, confidential details confidential, be fair, personal opinions of people to yourself
