Superlative adjectives

Para adjetivos de una sola sílaba, o dos pero que terminan en -y, el superlativo se forma añadiendo -est. Big - biggest Ugly – ugliest
Para los adjetivos de dos o más sílabas, y que no terminen en y, usamos most. Complex – the most complex / Expensive – the most expensive
Los irregulares hay que aprendérselos: Good – the best: el mejor / Bad – the worst: el peor / Far – the farthest: lo más lejos
¡Ojo! Decimos The biggest dog in the world. NO ‘of the world’.
