• since he lives to be so old, hes got some dominant genes to remind you AD inheritance
• in one hand he is holding a honey-comb to remind you of the honeycombed palmar PPK
• on the back of the other hand he has a starfish to remind you of the starfish keratoses on the knuckles, feet, elbows and knees
• since rip von winkle is so old, he has hearing aids in to remind you of sensorineural deafness (GJB2 gene, same as in KID)
• around one of his fingers there is a rope tied so tightly that he cant get it off and that its fibrosing and amputating his finger= pseudoainhum (constriction bands that form around finger leading to amputation)
• since hes older, imagine his skin is extremtly dry and ichtyotic to remind you of the generalized ichthyosis (loricrin gene)
