How do we maintain them?

Answer 2

Everyday and after use we backlash with freshwater

The sand filters need backlashing every 50hours

The HP pumps get oiled monthly

Filter changes every 250hrs, Carbon every 3 months

Membranes placed in a storage solution if not used for a period of time

What spares do you have onboard?

Answer 3

We are lucky to have a good stock of spares. We have a large amount of filters and oil. But we do have a set on membranes for one water maker. Rebuild kits for both pumps and a Salinity probe
