A

A- increased absorption (gi mobility is decreased, prolonged transit = decreased dosing)
D- increased dosing
M- metabolism increased = increased dosing
E- increased GFR = increased dosing

may cause higher drug levels and prolonged drug exposure *especially if the drug crosses the placenta
