Part 121 alternate filing requirements

A

For flights no longer than 6 hours:
+/- 1 hour of ETA
Ceiling 1500 AGL above circling minimums if circling approach is required or 1500 AGL above lowest published minimums or 2000 above airport elevation whichever is higher.

Visibility at least 3 miles or 2 miles above the lowest published, whichever is higher.
