- Diagnostic agent in wide-complex tachydysrhythmias

-Irregular tachycardias
-High degree AV Blocks

Adverse Reactions

- Arrhythmias (usually transient)
- Facial Flushing
- Headache

A
6mg RAPID IVP, followed by 12mg RIVP after 1-2 minutes
