Indications
- Organophosphate poisoning
Contraindications
-Cardiac Arrest (Asystole, PEA)
-High degree AV Blocks
Relative: CAD/cardiac ischemia
Adverse Reactions
Dose -> Adult
0.5mg, may repeat every 3-5 mins to a max of 3mg
Organophosphate poisoning-> 2-5mg
Dose -> Pediatric
0.02mg/kg
