Q

what is strict criteria

A

Patients must fail every test they take in order to receive a diagnosis. If a battery includes four tests, the patient must fail all four. Failing only three tests out of
four would not result in a CAPD diagnosis, even though the patient demonstrated difficulties in
most areas.

fail all tests by >2 SD

Q

what does failing ACPT tell us

A

ACPT is used to identify children with ADHD not CAPD therefore failing this test means testing can not be continued because you can not get a CAPD diagnosis if you have ADHD
