A
  • Trial of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)
  • Restrict “natural” protein
  • Ensure adequate protein intake
  • Supplement folic acid and B12
  • Betaine
  • Aspirin
  • Avoid combined OCP
  • Statin / BP treatment.
