• Diurnal variation in symptoms, worse at night/early morning
• Triggers = cold air, pollens, certain animals
• Other atopic conditions = Allergic rhinitis, nasal polyps, eczema.

Lungs won’t be oxygenated and deoxygenated blood will continue to the heart, resulting in dyspoxia.
