Low CO
- (CHF. Cardiogenic shock, sepsis induced myocardial dysfunction)
Symptomatic brady unresponsive to atropine and pacing
Dilated cardiomyopathy
Increased LV filling pressures
Dobutamine stress EKG test
Tx of depressed myocardial contractility in sepsis pts
