State the steps in the Rate of reaction experiment for enzymes.
Add 2 cm3 of yeast added to a test tube. Add 4 cm3 of 4%
hydrogen peroxide solution to another test tube.
Add them to a waterbath separately for a few minutes to
acclimatize (reach the desired temperature).
Mix the H2O2 and yeast. As soon as they are mixed, connect
a gas syringe to the tube and start a stopwatch.
Measure the time needed for 30 cm3 of gas to evolve/ be
produced.
Repeat the experiment with the same volume of H2O2 but of
different concentration. Use the same amount of yeast.
Repeat the whole experiment two more times and calculate
the average time needed for 30 cm3gas to be produced.
Present your results graphically and then analyze and
interpret them
