Internal or sensory information a player receives during and after the performance of a skill

Extrinsic feedback
Information from external sources that is received at the completion of a movement (important for beginners)
Knowledge of results
Feedback based on outcome - helpful when learning as progress can be tracked.
Knowledge of performance
Concerned with the execution or process of a movement - can be applied to correct own errors.
