IFRCUPS
- Instruction (steps to instruction should fall into PPAR)
- Flexibility (add-ons or alternatives)
- Relation (to the course of training)
- Content (lesson should have new material, and relate to past lessons)
- Unity (creates a unified segment of instruction)
- Practicality (planned for current conditions of training)
- Scope (must be a reasonable amount of information)
