  • Thorough research
  • Collect as much data as you can
  • Organize the data in an appropriate
    order
  • Prepare effective, appropriate, and
    clearly visible visuals and keep them in
    order.
  • Ensure that the visuals are properly visible to
    all the audience.
  • Introduce the presentation content to the
    audience
  • Be careful about non-verbal communication
    and do not put on an act.
  • Study the audience’s non-verbal cues to
    understand whether they are getting convinced
    or not
  • Make all efforts to retain the audience’s
    attention

  • Be careless about non-verbal communication
  • Be rude or aggressive with your body language
  • Argue or debate with anyone in the audience to make
    them believe you.
