-Right Yaw with associated loss of yaw control

-Immediate loss of AC generators (GEN 1 & Gen 2)

-Immediate loss of hydraulics (PRI & UTIL HYD)

  1. EMERG HYD button- press on
  2. Collective Reduce- Compromise between rate of turn and rate of descent
  3. POWER LEVERS- OFF 10-20 ft above TD
  4. Collective- Increase to cushion

INDICATIONS FAILS TO ENGAGE -No TQ indication on affected engine or Np exceeds rotor RPM (Nr) FAILS TO DISENGAGE -Np does not drop below rotor RPM (Nr) with POWER LEVER (affected engine) at IDLE
Main XMSN Input Drive Clutch Failure- on ground FAILS TO ENGAGE 1. Power lever (affected eng)- off 2. Check NG 3. Normal eng shutdown- perform FAILS TO DISENGAGE 1. POWER LEVERs- OFF BOTH ENGINES

INDICATIONS -Erratic or no TQ indication on affected engine -Np exceeds rotor RPM (Nr) -Np does not drop below rotor RPM (Nr) with POWER LEVER (affected engine) at IDLE -Possible ENGINE OVERSPEED (sudden disengagement)
Main XMSN Input Drive Clutch Failure - In Flight 1. Achieve safe single engine flight conditions or land Np drops below Nr -LAND AS SOON AS PRACTICABLE Np does not drop below Nr -LAND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

INDICATIONS -Loss of FLIR image -Possible NVS FAIL message on HAD -Possible loss of PNVS elevation control (PNVS elevations mirror failure)
NVS Failure 1. Exit NOE flight conditions 2. Pilot on controls, NVS select SW- Select alternate sensor (PNVS or TADS)

INDICATIONS -PLT FORMAT or CPG FORMAT will flash for 3 seconds and remain displayed in HMD FORMAT OWNER CUE section of the HAD in both crew stations
Single MP operation 1. NVS select sw- Reselect 2. Crewmember (not on controls) - Assume control

INDICATIONS -NO COMMUNICATIONS WITH MP + loss of HDU symbology/imagery + loss of FMC inputs + loss of MPDs + non-operational KU/EUFD
Dual MP Failure - MP 1 and MP 2 Fail 1. Exit NOE environment -LAND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Abort start reasons..
- Apparent that TGT will exceed 851 before Ng Idle speed (63% or more) - TGT does not increase within 45 seconds after moving power lever to idle - No Np within 45 seconds after moving power lever to idle (Unless rotor is locked) - No positive oil pressure 45 seconds - Eng 1 or 2 starts advisory is removed prior to 52% NG
