Q

How should lessons be rescheduled?

A

Do not message straight on the GCG. First speak to the EL in charge of the student and they will confirm the change on the GCG.

If you can’t contact the EL, try reception or another EL. If you have to change it yourself, use direct message and then confirm on the group.
