Q

How to recover when you opponent has you flattened out with chest to chest and a cross face? (you are on his right side)

A
  1. Knee elbow. Frame on his left hip with your right hand (like mount escape), Move his head with your left arm.- Bring your right knee inside his legs, and frame on his left thigh (it helps if your foot is down)- pinch your knees together around his hips, create distance- start breaking his cross collar with your hands by pushing on his shoulder, swim your left hand in for and underhook.
  2. Shrimp out to your left, kip until you can insert a knee shield with your left knee, then repeat the same steps as the first option
  3. Put your left hand on his shoulder+right foot next to the outside of his right knee+your left foot close to your right foot- Squeeze your knees and then rotate to your left- her will base out with his right hand so he doesn’t get swept, now you you can swim your left arm under to get and underhook- you can start working on recovering your knee shield
