BReakdown (gi) from his L side

A

crouch behind his hips, R foot up, L shin on ground
-, grab his L gi lapel w. ur r hand, pull so your forearm is in his hip crease.
- place, L hand on the floor to base, slide L knee up to his knee
- pull him to his side, if he doesnt move, put your knee on his belly
- if he tries to get back up, put you R knee on the back of his L knee, insert your R leg as a hook.
- put you r knee over his R hip to keep yourself on top (you can lace your instep under his or join your feet)
let go of the lapel and grab his R wrist. (or power 1/2 nelson, by putting your left forearm behing his head)
- back tacke

  1. First hav a stable postion so that your weight is on his near side of the body.
  2. With your right hand reach over and cup the inside of his right knee and pull his knee out, with your left hand reach in front of his face and grab right collar
  3. When you are ready, reach under and grab his right collar with your right hand as high up as you can, and pull him into you
  4. If he is ligher than you, you can pull him into you and take his back,
    5, If he is heavier than you, you will have opened up a space to insert a hook then you can toll over the top of him to take his back.
