Anticholinergic bronchodilator, inhibits cholinergic broncho-motor tone, i.e. blocks vagal reflex thus causing bronchodilation

• Severe resp distress associated with bronchospasm

• Known allergy
• Hypersensitivity to Atropine or its derivatives
• Age <1 year.

• Glaucoma
• Avoid contact with eye wherever possible.
