When to conduct a PAR? (4)
Conduct a PAR when any of the following situations occur:
* Receipt of a MAYDAY message
* Use of the emergency evacuation signal
* A change from offensive to defensive strategies
* Crews are failing to respond
Who can request a PAR? (5)
Consider sending a tactical sitrep in the following circumstances: (5)
Upon request from the chain of command.
Periodically while undertaking a task.
New critical information is discovered.
Assigned tasks are completed or unable to be completed.
When further resources are required or no longer required.
Considerations for establishing an Incident Control Point: (5)

Prominence of location with a good overview of the incident
Ability to stage and deploy all arriving appliances and support agency personnel
Safety from any incident hazards
Potential impediments to incident communications
