A type of distillation that separates two substances with boiling points that are very close to each other
Fractional distillation
Technique to evaporate a volatile liquid from a solution of non-volatile substances; the vapour is then condensed in the water condenser and collected in the receiver. (Based on difference in boiling point by atleast 500C)
Simple Distillation
The process of removing suspended particles from water by passing it through one or more permeable membranes
Filtration
Used to separate two salts such as Sodium chloride from ammonium chloride
Sublimation
laboratory technique used to seperate, identify, and analyze the components of a mixture
Chromotagraphy
